Registration Policies and Methods
There are several kinds of forms included on the DWC's website and in Preliminary program.
Please print and fill out the necessary forms, send them in mail to the address below:

To ensure a quick and efficient process, please note the following:
- One registration form per (for each) participant only.
- All forms sent without payment will not be processed.
- No personal cheques.
- Payment by Paypal.com through the Internet, using VISA or MasterCard - see directions on form.
- Payments can be made by certified cheque or money order in Canadian currency and made payable to Canadian Deaf Women's Conference 2007 and send them in mail to:

Refund will be made ($25.00 processing fee) if written notice of withdrawal is received by July 15, 2007. **No refunds will be granted for withdrawal after that date**
